Elizabeth who once had a pixie but now has long blonde hair we has decided it's time to try a new look and was cool with us picking the cut for her. We had her play the hat game where you draw a number from a hat to determine which cut you get next. The numbers range from 1-10 with number 1 being the the longest cut possible to number 10 which is bald. The rules of the game however state you must draw 3 cuts out of the hat with each one being shorter than the last and the clippers are at the girls forehead when they draw so if they get a 10, they can't back out.
Elizabeth drew her first number which was a 5 which we decided was an undercut, and then we cut off her long hair into a bob as she wanted to donate it. With her second draw she got a 10 which meant she was getting her head shaved but rather than going right into a head shave we gave her an a-line undercut bob with bangs first. After completing that cut Monica used the clippers to shave her head and then she used the foil shaver to give her that bald look.
